Our Legacy system, BPCS has a cumbersome report writing tool and data cannot be drawn without query writing from the green screen. The benefit we have found in using SSS is the ability to vary reports as required, year on year, to copy, share and quickly drill down to data using SSS driven excel formulas. We can acces QTD, MTD or YTD data by changing 1 cell.

It differs from other packages where individuals require extensive query knowledge and training to run reports, and it offers the flexibility of using excel to customise reports.
