"FASCO Australia uses spreadsheet server (SSS) quite extensively. We have created many management reports, ledger balancing reports and reconciliations using the simple formulas that draw the data from our legacy system (BPCS) into excel.
Our Legacy system, BPCS has a cumbersome report writing tool and data cannot be drawn without query writing from the green screen. The benefit we have found in using SSS is the ability to vary reports as required, year on year, to copy, share and quickly drill down to data using SSS driven excel formulas.
